Gossett Homes provides long and short term home rentals. We also invest in properties that are in need of rehabilitation, with an open interest in commercial property and vacation homes.

Gossett Homes is owned and managed by Brian and Joanna Gossett. They relocated to South Carolina in the summer of 2014, after having lived in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh for several years prior. They immediately fell in love with the Palmetto State, and quickly developed a passion for getting involved and helping improve their community.

Through Gossett Homes, they are able to give back and serve many communities by revitalizing the area while providing affordable housing.
