We are not a large scale home builder. We rehabilitate and renovate existing building structures.

Most of the properties that we buy, we hold long term. However, we do sometimes sell some homes from our portfolio.

Yes, we offer many outstanding rental homes. If you're looking for a home to rent, please contact us to check on availability.

We primarily invest in homes that are in the Upstate Region of South Carolina.  We eventually plan on branching out to the coastal counties of South Carolina as well.
